KYMCO USA SPARE PART POLICIES
All orders must be placed by part number without exception. Parts orders can be faxed or e mailed from E parts program to KYMCO USA for processing. Parts orders can also be called in to the appropriate Regional Customer Service Representative (RCSR). Your RCSR has been instructed to not accept your orders if part numbers are not provided in order to prevent misinterpretation and to prevent any incorrect shipments. Dealers must provide RCSR with their customer ID number, PO number if required by dealership and their name as a reference when placing an order. Orders processed before noon eastern time will be shipped the same day provided that the flow of orders are not too heavy.
KYMCO USA has established a $ 20.00 minimum parts order policy. A $10.00 fee will be applied to any order below $20.00 before freight. This excludes urgent orders such as next day air and second day air.
Back ordered parts will be shipped automatically if received within 30 days from the date the part was ordered originally. If the part takes longer than 30 days your RCSR will contact you by phone to advise you if the part is available and if you still need them.
KYMCO USA will guarantee that any OEM re-placement parts that are on backorder longer than sixty (60) days will be sent to the dealership, once the items are in stock, totally free of charge (including freight) , !! with the exception of frames and components for discontinued models. This program does not apply to accessories, point of sale material, marketing giveaways or apparel.
All parts orders will be shipped by a traceable method. KYMCO USA uses UPS and FedEx as the carriers for spare parts orders. All freight will be shipped collect or COD according to your account status.
KYMCO USA will offer you regular ground shipping at no charge for all spare parts and accessories on all orders greater than $100.00
This offer applies to all orders within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii, but excludes all territories and international shipments. This program also excludes ALL special freight requests such as Next Day Air, Second Day Air, Three Day Select or Saturday delivery.
The following items are excluded from this program due to their special shipping requirements:
SxS Hard Enclosure Components and Kits
Plow Components and Plow Kits
UXV Cargo Bed
ALL Off-Road Tires
ALL Point of Sale Material, Brochures and Apparel
KYMCO USA is not responsible for freight pricing, or damages incurred from the handling of shipments delivered by UPS. Therefore, claims for over pricing and damages MUST BE directed towards UPS or FedEx.
DAMAGED FREIGHT POLICY:
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If your shipping container looks as if it could be damaged you have two options:
|1. Receive and SIGN as "possible damage". You will have 36 hours to file the claim with the carrier if items inside your shipment are damaged,|
|2. Refused damaged shipment and request new shipment from KYMCO USA.|
Once you sign for a shipment without any notification of possible damage, you accept responsibility for the contents of the shipment and cannot file a claim against the carrier.
KYMCO USA will accept returned spare parts within 90 days that has been approved by the RCSR and provided with an RA# clearly written on the box. Parts must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice in order to be processed. Every returned part is subject to a 25% restocking fee depending on the reason for the return.
KYMCO USA will not accept the return of any opened or used electrical part under any circumstances.
KYMCO USA will not issue "Call Tags" for returned parts. When parts are returned, credit will be issued for the parts plus the returned freight.
This return policy must be followed as written with no exceptions.
